Julie Mehretu: Workday

Great to hear how she perceive being in the studio as work; also those days where nothing much happens.

I have just started to draw on large scale photographs, so it is interesting to see how she manages this hurdle of drawing large scale… though she does have the advantage of a huge warehouse, a team of assistants plus a few machines… still it is a lovely portrait of Mehretu in her studio.
